Data we process and why

We only process the data we need:

  • Contact form: name, email, message and, if you provide them, company and phone - to answer your request.
  • Booking: name, email, subject, phone (optional) and, for an on-site meeting, the address we travel to - to organise the appointment.
  • Security: IP address and technical browser characteristics - to block bots and limit abuse.
  • No marketing, no profiling, no automated decision-making.
  • Contact and bookings: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without the required fields we cannot handle your request.
  • Security: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

  • Contact and bookings (address included): 12 months after the last exchange or the appointment.
  • Security data: a few minutes.
  • If you become a client: the periods required by law (notably accounting and tax).

Recipients

We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed on our behalf by:

  • Cloudflare - website hosting, security and anti-spam (Turnstile)
  • Resend - sending the contact form emails
  • Cal.com - appointment management
  • Microsoft - email
  • Google - calendar

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Write to info@businesspayrollpartner.be: we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels - www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Cookies and scripts

  • No tracking or advertising cookies.
  • Only external script: Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded on the contact and booking forms to check that a human is submitting them.
  • Fonts are hosted on this website; the language is set in the page address, not in a cookie.
